B-Forest Gloves Refund Policy

At B-Forest Gloves we strive to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order according to the conditions below.

1. Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Responsibility for address data

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address where the order can be delivered.
• If our shipping partner is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrectly provided address, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the return and credited back to the payment method used to place the order.

4. Exceptions

• Items that have been custom made or personalized are not eligible for a refund.
• Sale items can only be exchanged for a voucher or another product (if applicable).

5. Warranty

• All our gloves come with a 6 month warranty on manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, please contact us at info@bforestgloves.com .
